3月25日，中国石油集团召开安全生产工作专题会。党组成员、副总经理、安全总监任立新强调，要以如履薄冰、如临深渊的警觉抓好安全生产，持续提升发现问题与解决问题的能力，坚决守牢安全生产底线，全面完成安全生产治本攻坚三年行动。

On March 25, China National Petroleum Corporation held a special meeting on production safety. Ren Lixin, member of the party leading group, deputy general manager, and safety director, stressed that it is necessary to grasp production safety with the vigilance of walking on thin ice and facing the abyss, continuously improve the ability to find and solve problems, and resolutely adhere to the bottom line of production safety. we will comprehensively complete the three-year action of tackling the root cause of production safety.

结合国家有关要求和集团公司实际，任立新提出四点要求。一要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于安全生产的重要指示批示精神，认真落实党组决策部署，警钟长鸣、保持清醒，坚决做好安全生产工作。二要压实责任，细化安排，扎实推进安全生产治本攻坚三年行动2026年“效能提升”工作。三要聚焦重点，提高标准，持续深化城镇燃气管道“带病运行”专项治理和油气储库风险隐患排查整治。四要抓紧抓实《危险化学品安全法》宣贯落实，确保依法合规、安全可控。任立新最后强调，要抓好清明假期安全升级管控，加强火灾风险防范，确保生产经营安全平稳。

集团公司安全副总监沈复孝就推进安全生产治本攻坚三年行动2026年“效能提升”工作作出安排。会上解读了《危险化学品安全法》，汇报了重点工作进展。总部有关部门、专业公司及企业相关负责同志参会。

Shen Fuxiao, Deputy Chief Safety Officer of CNPC, made arrangements for the 2026 "Effectiveness Improvement" work of the three-year campaign to address root causes in work safety.The Law on Safe Production of Hazardous Chemicals was interpreted at the meeting, and progress on key tasks was reported.Responsible comrades from relevant headquarters departments, professional companies and affiliated enterprises attended the meeting.
