2025年8月30日下午，国家主席习近平在天津迎宾馆会见来华出席2025年上海合作组织峰会和纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年活动的缅甸代总统敏昂莱。

On the afternoon of August 30, 2025, President Xi met with Myanmar's Acting President Min Aung Hlaing at the Tianjin Guest House, who was in China to attend the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit and activities to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japan and the World Anti-Fascist War.

习近平指出，缅甸是世界反法西斯战争东方战场的组成部分，是上海合作组织重要对话伙伴。中缅胞波情谊植根于人民，历久弥新。双方要以中缅建交75周年为契机，深化战略合作，加快推进命运共同体建设，给两国人民带来更多福祉。

Xi pointed out that Myanmar is an integral part of the eastern battlefield of the world anti-fascist war and an important dialogue partner of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The pauk-phawfriendship between China and Myanmar is rooted among the people and stays as strong as ever. The two sides should take the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Myanmar as an opportunity to deepen strategic cooperation, accelerate the construction of a community with a shared future, delivering greater benefits to the two peoples.

习近平强调，中方支持缅甸走符合本国国情的发展道路，维护国家主权、安全、发展利益，支持缅甸震后重建、改善民生，支持缅甸广泛团结国内政治力量，恢复稳定和发展。双方要推进中缅经济走廊重点项目，促进经贸合作。合力打击跨境犯罪，共同维护中缅边境地区安宁，确保中方在缅人员、机构、项目安全。弘扬和平共处五项原则精神，共同捍卫以联合国为核心的国际体系。

Xi emphasized that China supports Myanmar in following a development path suited to its national realities , safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests, supporting Myanmar's post-earthquake reconstruction and improving people's livelihood, and supporting Myanmar in broadly uniting domestic political forces to restore stability and development. The two sides need to promote key projects in the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor and promote economic and trade cooperation. The two sides need to work together to crack down on cross-border crimes, jointly safeguard peace in the border areas between China and Myanmar, and ensure the safety of Chinese personnel, institutions and projects in Myanmar. The two sides need to carry forward the spirit of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and jointly defend the international system with the United Nations at its core.

敏昂莱表示，缅中有着深厚的胞波情谊和对和平稳定的共同追求，都为世界反法西斯战争胜利作出重要贡献。中国一直是缅甸的好邻居、好朋友，长期以来为缅经济社会发展提供帮助，支持缅灾后重建，为维护缅北和平稳定发挥建设性作用。缅方将坚定不移奉行一个中国政策，愿同中方高质量共建“一带一路”，拓展贸易、投资、能源、基础设施等领域合作，为两国人民创造更多福祉。作为上海合作组织对话伙伴，缅方愿为上合组织发展积极作出贡献。

Min Aung Hlaing said that Myanmar and China have a profound pauk-phaw friendship and a common pursuit of peace and stability, both of which have made important contributions to the victory of the world anti-fascist war. China has always been a good neighbor and friend of Myanmar, having long provided assistance to Myanmar's economic and social development, supporting Myanmar's post-disaster reconstruction, and playing a constructive role in maintaining peace and stability in northern Myanmar. Myanmar will unswervingly adhere to the one-China policy, and is willing to work with China to build the "Belt and Road" with high quality, expand cooperation in trade, investment, energy, infrastructure and other fields, delivering more benefits to the two peoples. As a dialogue partner of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Myanmar is willing to make positive contributions to the development of the SCO.

双方签署海关、新闻等领域多份双边合作文件。

The two sides signed a number of bilateral cooperation documents in the fields of customs and news.
