On June 18, 2024, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese jointly attended the 7th China-Australia CEO Roundtable in Perth, Australia. Approximately 30 prominent business leaders from China and Australia participated in the event.

在听取两国工商界代表发言后，李强表示，目前中澳关系呈现稳步向好的积极势头。回顾两国建交52年走过的历程，双方只要尊重彼此国情和核心利益，就能不断筑牢相互信任的基石；只要坚持坦诚对话、包容理解，就能妥善做好矛盾分歧的管控；只要秉持开放合作、相互成就的胸怀，就能取得更多互利共赢的成果。我们要从这些宝贵经验中获取智慧和启迪，树立对彼此的正确认知，把牢友好合作的大方向，推动中澳全面战略伙伴关系不断乘风破浪、行稳致远。

After listening to the remarks of the Chinese and Australian business leaders, Premier Li Keqiang stated that the China-Australia relationship is currently experiencing a positive momentum of steady improvement. Looking back on the 52-year history of diplomatic relations between the two nations, Premier Li emphasized that as long as both sides respect each other's national conditions and core interests, they can continue to build a foundation of mutual trust. By adhering to frank dialogue and mutual understanding, they can effectively manage differences and disputes. Furthermore, by embracing openness, cooperation, and mutual benefit, they can achieve more outcomes that are mutually beneficial and win-win. Premier Li encouraged the participants to draw wisdom and inspiration from these valuable experiences, establish a correct understanding of each other, and maintain the direction of friendly cooperation, driving the China-Australia comprehensive strategic partnership to continue moving forward with the wind at its back.

李强指出，要将中澳经贸合作置于两国全面战略伙伴关系中，以全面视角和战略眼光加以审视，从而更好地把握大势。中澳发展彼此受益，是紧密的利益共同体。中澳经济优势互补，是天然的合作伙伴。中澳合作前景广阔，是稳定产业链供应链、促进经济增长的重要力量。希望两国企业家持续深耕传统领域合作，着力拓展新的合作领域，积极布局人工智能、量子科技、生命科学等未来产业，把中澳合作共赢的蛋糕做大，同时为推动中澳广泛领域的交流合作贡献力量。

Premier Li also underscored the importance of positioning China-Australia economic and trade cooperation within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership, examining it with a comprehensive perspective and strategic vision. He emphasized that the development of China and Australia is interdependent, forming a closely knit community of shared interests. The economic advantages of China and Australia are complementary, making them natural partners. The prospects for China-Australia cooperation are vast, serving as a crucial force in stabilizing industrial and supply chains and promoting economic growth. Premier Li expressed his hope that entrepreneurs from both countries will continue to deepen cooperation in traditional areas, explore new areas of cooperation, and make proactive arrangements in emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and life sciences. By doing so, they can expand the cake of mutually beneficial cooperation and contribute to the promotion of China-Australia exchanges and cooperation in various fields.

Premier Li also highlighted that China is planning to take major steps to further deepen reform and expand systemic openness, leading to a continuously improving business environment. He encouraged the entrepreneurs present to seize opportunities and work together to achieve even more fruitful development and cooperative outcomes.

阿尔巴尼斯在致辞中表示，中国是澳大利亚的最大贸易伙伴国，中国发展为澳带来新的发展机遇。当前澳中关系企稳向好，两国工商界合作热情高涨。澳方愿同中方加强经贸、矿产、创新、维护产供链稳定、应对气候变化等领域合作，推动两国务实合作取得更加丰硕的成果。澳方愿同中方一道，积极面向未来，推进共同利益，应对共同挑战，实现互利共赢，造福澳中两国人民。

In his remarks, Prime Minister Albanese stated that China is Australia's largest trading partner, and China's development brings new opportunities for Australia. He noted that the current Australia-China relationship is stabilizing and improving, with high enthusiasm for cooperation between the two countries' business communities. The Australian side is willing to strengthen cooperation with China in areas such as economy and trade, mining, innovation, maintaining supply chain stability, and addressing climate change. Prime Minister Albanese expressed his hope that the two countries will work together to promote pragmatic cooperation, achieve more fruitful outcomes, and create benefits for the peoples of both countries.
