全面覆盖多措并举 提升普法宣传效果

本报成都4月15日电 （刘晓）第九个全民国家安全教育日到来之际，中国铁路成都局集团有限公司结合维护国家安全与铁路中心工作，开展为期2周的系列宣传活动，全面覆盖、多措并举，引导干部职工深刻认识维护国家安全的重要性。

为增强干部职工维护国家安全意识，成都局集团公司各单位党委把《国家安全法》《反间谍法》《反恐怖主义法》等法律法规、典型案例等纳入月度政治学习计划内容，组织开展全员学习；4月15日至30日，组织全体干部职工通过进行国家安全、保密知识答题，牢固树立总体国家安全观，全员依法履行维护国家安全的义务与职责。

面向旅客客户，成都局集团公司加强统筹，因地制宜拓展宣传资源，通过发放国家安全知识宣传资料、利用LED显示屏滚动播放宣传标语、开展普法宣传活动等方式，进一步提高全社会关注度，营造浓厚的普法宣传氛围。

与此同时，成都局集团公司积极协调会同属地铁路公安机关，用好教育资源，通过开办国家安全知识讲座、专题培训，观看警示片，设立宣传展板等多种形式，进一步提升干部职工维护国家安全的思想自觉和行动自觉。

按照统一部署，成都局集团公司车务和客运系统还将结合实际补强重点车站、列车应急处置工具包的配备，细化应对紧急事件的具体措施，确保风险隐患发现及时、事件处置到位。
