连日来,全国铁路多条主要干线和重点通道2025年第二阶段集中修施工启动,为确保冬季运输安全夯实基础。
In the past few days, the second phase of centralized repair construction of many main railway lines and key passages across the country has started in 2025, laying a solid foundation for ensuring winter transportation safety.
按照中国国家铁路集团有限公司计划安排,此次集中修施工范围广泛、任务艰巨,涵盖京广、石太、丰沙等主要干线,以及阳安、沪昆、西康等重点通道线路。施工期间,铁路部门集中优势资源与施工力量,采用大型机械作业、平行施工、综合作业等方式,大幅提升作业效率与质量。9月,京广、石太、丰沙等6条主要干线及阳安、沪昆、西康等7条重点线路集中修按计划完成。目前,京沪、陇海等主要干线及渝怀等重点线路正在开展第二阶段集中修。相关铁路局集团公司提前研判制定安全措施,加强施工教育和现场管控,做好路料、机具、人力的调配组织工作。
According to the plan and arrangement of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., this centralized repair has a wide scope and arduous tasks, covering major trunk lines such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Shitai and Fengsha, as well as key channel lines such as Yang'an, Shanghai-Kunming and Xikang. During the construction period, the railway department concentrated superior resources and construction forces, and adopted large-scale mechanical operations, parallel construction, comprehensive operations and other methods to greatly improve the operation efficiency and quality. In September, six main trunk lines including Beijing-Guangzhou, Shitai and Fengsha and seven key lines including Yang'an, Shanghai-Kunming and Xikang were completed as planned. At present, the main trunk lines such as Beijing-Shanghai and Longhai and key lines such as Yuhuai are undergoing the second phase of centralized repair. Relevant railway bureau group companies study and formulate safety measures in advance, strengthen construction education and on-site control, and do a good job in the deployment and organization of road materials, machinery and manpower.
当前主汛期已过,但华西秋雨仍在集中期,施工面临多重考验。为切实做好本次集中修施工、让高位运转后的线路设施设备尽快恢复良好状态,国铁集团要求相关铁路局集团公司成立施工协调小组,优化施工与运输组织方案,细化安全措施及应急预案,严把施工准备、登销记、调度命令等关键环节,确保施工、人身及运输安全;建立每日施工协调会制度,组织相关业务部室与施工单位参会,总结前日施工情况、协调问题、安排当日计划;健全施工考核制度,逐日统计“天窗”兑现率、利用率及工作量,确保集中修任务按期完成。
