冲刺四季度，项目建设再提速。位于济南市商河县的产发健康医药产业谷项目一期目前已全面达到交付标准，首批签约企业正式入驻装修。这一总投资约26亿元的省级重点项目，正凭借其专业的产业配套与全链条服务体系，为济南市生物医药产业高质量发展注入强劲动能。

产发健康医药产业谷项目总占地面积315亩，总建筑面积约19万平方米。园区聚焦医药中间体、原料药、创新药物等高端医药化工产业，致力于打造集研发、中试、生产于一体的专业化产业平台。目前，项目一期已具备企业入驻条件，多家签约企业正加紧进行厂房装修与设备安装。

The Chanfa Health Medicine Industry Valley project covers a total area of 315 mu, with a total construction area of about 190,000 square meters. The park focuses on high-end pharmaceutical and chemical industries such as pharmaceutical intermediates, APIs, and innovative drugs, and is committed to building a professional industrial platform integrating R&D, pilot test, and production. At present, the first phase of the project has met the conditions for enterprises to settle in, and many contracted enterprises are stepping up factory decoration and equipment installation.

“园区属于省级化工园区，配套齐全，包括污水处理、危废储运、消防设施等，为企业提供了坚实的运营基础。”但丁生物科技（山东）有限公司负责人刘文飞表示，“园区提供的标准厂房使企业只需进行简单设备安装即可快速投产，这是一条经济高效的投产路径。”
