恒逸石化广西新材料项目进入试生产阶段

Hengyi Petrochemical's Guangxi new materials project enters the trial production stage

近日，恒逸石化公告称，该公司子公司广西恒逸新材料有限公司投资建设的“年产120万吨己内酰胺-聚酰胺产业一体化及配套工程项目一期于近日平稳实现全流程打通，并顺利进入试生产阶段。

Recently, Hengyi Petrochemical announced that the first phase of the "caprolactam-polyamide industrial integration and supporting engineering project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons" invested and constructed by Guangxi Hengyi New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has recently successfully completed the entire process and successfully entered the trial production stage.

据了解，该项目位于广西钦州港石化园区内，项目一期建设用地1717亩，一期主要包括：2*30万吨/年环己酮、2*40万吨/年双氧水、30万吨/年合成氨，10万标方/小时制氢、2*30万吨/年己内酰胺和2*30万吨/年聚酰胺聚合等生产装置，同时配套智能仓库、公用工程、供热设施和服务性工程等。

It is understood that the project is located in Qinzhou Port Petrochemical Park, Guangxi. The construction land of the first phase of the project is 1,717 acres. The first phase mainly includes: 2 * 300,000 tons/year cyclohexanone, 2 * 400,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide, 300,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia, 100,000 standard cubic meters/hour hydrogen production, 2 * 300,000 tons/year caprolactam and 2 * 300,000 tons/year polyamide polymerization and other production equipment, as well as supporting intelligent warehouses, public works, heating facilities and service projects.
