10月20日,由山西大同铁路物流中心安塘煤炭集运站开出的J80112次列车在经大秦铁路抵达渤海湾京唐港区后,所载98个铁路35吨宽体敞顶集装箱无需换装,全部原箱装船下水,经海路发往广西钦州港。这标志着山西成功开启铁路35吨宽体集装箱经渤海湾、北部湾至西南内陆铁海联运“一箱到底”新通道。
On October 20, the J80112 train departing from Antang Coal Container Station of Shanxi Datong Railway Logistics Center arrived at Jingtang Port Area of Bohai Bay via Daqin Railway. The 98 railway 35-ton wide-body open-top containers on board did not need to be replaced. All original containers were loaded and launched, and sent to Qinzhou Port in Guangxi by sea. This marks that Shanxi has successfully opened a new channel of "one box to the end" for railway 35-ton wide-body containers via Bohai Bay and Beibu Gulf to the southwest inland rail-sea intermodal transport.
这趟列车满载3136吨工业用不粘煤,由98个铁路35吨宽体敞顶集装箱组成。铁路35吨宽体集装箱具有装载能力强、物流成本低以及货物适应性广的优势,特别是宽体敞顶箱,因便于装卸,长期以来都是煤炭、矿石、焦炭等大宗货物运输“散改集”的重要载体。仅京唐港区内每年使用35吨宽体集装箱集疏港的货源就多达800多万吨、约31万标箱。
This train is fully loaded with 3,136 tons of non-stick coal for industrial use and consists of 98 railway 35 tons wide-body open-top containers. The 35-ton railway wide-body container has the advantages of strong loading capacity, low logistics cost and wide cargo adaptability, especially the wide-body open-top container, which has long been an important carrier for the transportation of bulk goods such as coal, ore and coke because of its easy loading and unloading. In Jingtang Port Area alone, the annual supply of 35-ton wide-body container collection and distribution port is as high as more than 8 million tons, about 310,000 TEUs.
由于铁路35吨宽体集装箱超出船舶标准箱位,以往铁海联运装船时,只能隔一箱装一箱,影响满仓率,或在港口换装集装箱,造成物流时间延长、运输成本增加,制约该型集装箱铁海联运的发展。
Since the 35-ton wide-body container of the railway exceeds the standard container space of the ship, in the past, when loading the rail-sea combined transport, it can only be loaded every other box, which affects the full warehouse rate, or the container is reloaded at the port, resulting in extended logistics time and increased transportation costs, which restricts the development of this type of container rail-sea combined transport.
为打破制约瓶颈,在相关部门支持下,中国铁路太原局集团有限公司大同铁路物流中心积极配合唐山港集团股份有限公司,研发“铁路集装箱装载转换平台”,实现了铁路宽体箱与船舶标准箱位的转换连接,让宽体集装箱真正实现无换装下水。“经过升级革新的装运模式较以往减少了堆场暂存、二次倒装等环节,综合物流成本降低了13%。”该趟车货物托运人忻州浩丰煤炭物链有限公司赵云云说。
In order to break the bottleneck, with the support of relevant departments, Datong Railway Logistics Center of China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. actively cooperated with Tangshan Port Group Co., Ltd. to develop a "railway container loading conversion platform", which realized the conversion connection between railway wide-body containers and ship standard containers, so that wide-body containers can truly be launched without reloading. "Compared with the past, the upgraded shipping mode has reduced the temporary storage in the yard, secondary flipping and other links, and the comprehensive logistics cost has been reduced by 13%." said Zhao Yunyun of Xinzhou Haofeng Coal Material Chain Co., Ltd., the shipper of the train.
同时,全程“一箱到底”也为物流实现“一单制”提供了有利条件。“过去,客户要分别联系铁路、港口、海运等部门,流程繁琐,付出的时间和资金成本都很高。这趟列车实现了铁路、码头、船公司三方数据互通、标准统一,客户只需托运时对接铁路部门,就能一个箱子跑到底、一张单子管到底,省心、省钱、更高效。”大同铁路物流中心营销部主任靳锐介绍说。

"In the past, customers had to contact railway, port, shipping and other departments respectively. The process was cumbersome, and the time and capital cost were very high. This train has realized the data exchange and standard unification among the railway, the terminal and the shipping company. Customers can run to the end with a box and manage a list to the end only by docking the railway department during consignment, which saves worry, money and is more efficient." Jin Rui, director of marketing department of Datong Railway Logistics Center, said.
