小包装引领大变革，国内首家中药口服液条包生产线投产

Small packaging leading the great change, the first Chinese medicine oral liquid packaging production line put into operation

日前，国内首家中药口服液条包生产线在鲁南制药集团厚普费县分公司正式投产。对于国内中药生产来说，这不仅仅是技术的革新，更是一场中药口服液产业化革命。

A few days ago, the first Chinese medicine oral liquid packaging production line in Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Houpufei County branch officially put into production. For the domestic production of traditional Chinese medicine, this is not only a technological innovation, but also a revolution in the industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid.

“一层楼的设计年产量是10亿支，与原来的玻璃瓶装的相比，一支药的内包材能节省约0.14元，仅一层楼一年就节省了1亿元，不仅实现了生产绿色化，还引领了行业变革，打造高质量发展的典范。”鲁南制药集团厚普费县分公司生产主管魏国材告诉记者。

"The designed annual output of one floor is 1 billion, compared with the original glass bottle, the inner packaging material of a medicine can save about 0.14 yuan, only one floor saved 100 million yuan a year, not only realize the green production, but also lead the industry reform, to create a model of high-quality development." Lunan pharmaceutical group thick Pufei County branch production director Wei Guocai told reporters.

魏国材所说的内包材就是鲁南制药小儿消积止咳口服液的复合膜包材。目前，中药口服液最常用包装为玻璃瓶，但存在易破碎、儿童用药危险性大、吸药不顺畅等缺陷和存在玻璃碎屑的质量风险；且玻璃瓶包装在生产、仓储、运输上成本较高，患者携带不便，影响患者用药顺应性。

Wei Guocai said that the packaging material is Lunan pharmaceutical children Xiaoji cough oral liquid composite membrane packaging. At present, the most commonly used packaging of oral liquid of traditional Chinese medicine is glass bottle, but there are some defects, such as easy to break, high risk of children's medication, not smooth drug absorption and the quality risk of glass debris. In addition, bottle packaging has high cost in production, storage and transportation, and is inconvenient for patients to carry, which affects the medication compliance of patients.

为解决行业内共性痛点问题，鲁南制药依托中药制药共性技术国家重点实验室，以小儿消积止咳口服液为示范载体，与四川省食品药品检验检测院及相关包材、设备生产单位开展协同技术攻关。2020年5月，国家药品监督管理局批准同意复合膜包材用于中药口服液体制剂生产，小儿消积止咳口服液也因此成为国内首家获批将复合膜包材应用于终端灭菌产品的实例。

In order to solve the common pain point problem in the industry, Lunan Pharmaceutical, relying on the State Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Generic Technology and taking Xiaoji cough oral liquid as the demonstration carrier, cooperated with Sichuan Institute for Food and Drug Inspection and Testing and related packaging materials and equipment production units to carry out technical breakthroughs. In May 2020, the National Medical Products Administration approved the application of composite membrane packaging materials in the production of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, Xiaoji Cough oral liquid has become the first example of the application of composite membrane packaging materials in terminal sterilization products approved in China.

“过去的瓶装需要包材、吸管、洗瓶机、灯检等复杂工序，现在仅需内包复合膜、外包材纸就可以了——不仅工序简化了，人工和配套设备需求也更少了。”魏国材说。

"In the past, bottling required complicated processes such as packing materials, straws, bottle washing machines, lamp inspection, etc. Now it only needs to be wrapped in composite film and paper-not only the process is simplified, but also the demand for labor and supporting equipment is less." Wei Guocai said.

该车间内还拥有国内首条中药口服液灭菌条包生产线，采用全自动液体条包灌装设计，单条生产线灌装速度为660袋/分钟，可同时实现40万袋产品灭菌，现有生产线最大年产能可达3亿袋以上，处于国际领先水平。

The workshop also has the first Chinese medicine oral liquid sterilization strip bag production line in China, which adopts a full-automatic liquid strip bag filling design. The filling speed of a single production line is 660 bags/minute, which can sterilize 400,000 bags of products at the same time. The maximum annual production capacity of the existing production line can reach more than 0.3 billion bags, which is in the international leading level.

以小儿消积止咳口服液为示范，鲁南制药心通口服液、安神补脑液、荆防合剂等几个大品种也即将完成相关研究，充实到生产线上，为鲁南制药大力发展中药提供强劲动力。

Taking Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid as a demonstration, Lunan Pharmaceutical Xintong Oral Liquid, Anshen Buao Liquid, Jingfang Mixture and other major varieties are about to complete relevant research and enrich them on the production line, providing strong impetus for Lunan Pharmaceutical to vigorously develop traditional Chinese medicine.
