  • 春意盎然,万物复苏。在八方客来的古厝民宿、热气蒸腾的社区食堂、颇受欢迎的母婴小店、人气渐旺的旅行社,消费市场的复苏活力随处可见。近段时间,这些新开业不久的微观经营主体感受如何?让我们走进店面,听他们讲讲收获、谈谈期待。

  • 月上檐梢,古厝天井流水潺潺,耳畔古琴声韵悠悠。厅堂前,一名客人惬意挥毫,提按顿挫间,一副对联即将完成。沿着青砖路步入一方茶室,桌上茶香氤氲,一家四口围着小桌,煮茶闲聊、笑语连连。这里是福建省福州市三坊七巷历史文化街区安民巷30号——一座拥有500多年历史的古厝,也是一家富有古朴风韵的民宿。
    The moon is on the eaves, the ancient patio is flowing with water, and the sound of the guqin is lingering in the ears. In front of the hall, a guest is comfortably waving his brush, and a couplet is about to be completed between the mentioning and pressing. Along the brick road into a tea room, the fragrance of tea on the table, a family of four around a small table, cooking tea and gossip, laughter. This is No. 30 Anmin Lane in Sanfang Qi Xiang historical and cultural district of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province - an ancient house with a history of more than 500 years, and a bed and breakfast with ancient charm.

As a newcomer to the B&B industry, I encountered many challenges in the early stages of the business. How do you insist on restoring the old as the old, without destroying the architecture of the old house and transforming it on the basis of reality? This requires design ideas and financial support. Although the challenge is big, I have confidence. The policy support from Gulou District, the rent waiver from Fuzhou Gucuo Group, and the promising industry prospect made me persevere.
  • 民宿从2022年10月开始试运营,12月底正式营业。原以为还要一段过渡期才能积累知名度,没想到我们还没做多少宣传,不少顾客就自己找了过来。正式营业以来,天南海北的客人都有,北京、上海、浙江等地的较多,还来过几个归国侨胞。民宿入住率基本保持在80%左右,节假日更是天天满房。粗略一算,今年1—2月份的营业收入就有60万元左右,远远超出预期!
    The B&B started its trial operation in October 2022 and officially opened at the end of December. I thought there would be a transition period to accumulate awareness, but I did not expect us to do much publicity, many customers have come to us themselves. The official business since the days of the north and south of the sea guests have, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang and other places more, but also came a few returned overseas Chinese. The occupancy rate of the B&B is basically maintained at about 80%, and the holidays are full of rooms every day. A rough calculation, the business income from January to February this year is about 600,000 yuan, far beyond expectations!
  • 开业以来,我天天都扎在民宿,早上6点多就开始安排一天的工作。“请问这个热水器怎么操作?”一位客人前来求助,我小跑着去房间演示操作。刚从客房出来,厨房负责人就来找我确认客人们第二天的早餐菜单。每天,我们都会根据客人喜好安排沙茶面、捞化等福建特色餐食,优化客人住宿的体验。
    Since opening, I've been rooted in the B&B every day, starting the day's schedule at 6 a.m. or so. "May I ask how to operate this water heater?" A guest came to ask for help, and I trotted to the room to demonstrate its operation. Just after I came out of the guest room, the kitchen manager came to me to confirm the guests' breakfast menu for the next day. Every day, we arrange special Fujian meals such as Sha Cha Mian and Lo Hwa according to guests' preferences to optimize their stay experience.

  • 近期,我准备以春日为主题,策划一系列琴艺、花艺展示活动,把琴、茶、书、香等更多传统文化元素融入民宿运营,通过文化展览、非遗体验等形式,提供更多样的服务,让客人能住得满意、玩得开心。
    In the near future, I am going to plan a series of zither and flower art demonstration activities with the theme of spring, integrate more traditional cultural elements such as zither, tea, books and incense into the operation of the B&B, and provide more diverse services through cultural exhibitions and non-foreign heritage experiences, so that guests can stay satisfied and have fun.

  • 小店开张一个多月,就给了我不小的惊喜:第一天营业额就达到2000多元,服务了100多人次。最近,随着人气越来越旺,日营业额稳定在4000元左右,已经超出2500元日营业额的保本线,给了我们很大信心。接下来,小店打算入驻外卖平台,预计营业额还会再增长。
    The small store opened a month or so ago and gave me quite a surprise: the turnover reached more than 2,000 yuan on the first day and served more than 100 people. Recently, with the increasing popularity, the daily turnover is stable at about 4,000 yuan, which has exceeded the capital preservation line of 2,500 yuan daily turnover, giving us great confidence. Next, the store intends to station in the takeaway platform, turnover is expected to grow again.
  • 开业以来,我几乎每天都在店里忙活,除了盯住菜品,一有空闲就跟顾客交流。我最开心的事情,就是看到顾客埋头吃好,给我一个满足的眼神,说一句:“你这个店能搞得好!”每天晚上9点以后,我会和店员们一起复盘,看看顾客还有什么反馈,思考还有什么细节没做到位。我希望这个小食堂真正让客人感受到:好吃,不贵,有人情味。

  • 去年4月,我的宝宝出生了。随着孩子逐渐成长,开一家母婴店的想法在我心里越来越强烈。经过前期的信息收集,我选定了重庆市南岸区海棠溪街道的一个社区。作为一个新开发的社区,这里有很多年轻夫妇,而我选定的店面附近就有一家幼儿园。很快我就张罗起了这个68平方米的店,去年12月正式开张,主营母婴洗护、奶粉、营养品、棉用品等。

  • 刚开始,店里很冷清,今年春节后,营业额比春节前增加了一倍,一天能卖到2000多元。随着天气变暖,婴儿春装特别受欢迎,生意最好的一天,我卖出了7套童装,加上奶粉、婴儿用品,当天进账3000多元,远远超出我的预期。为了开辟更多客源,最近我计划做3场营销活动,预计能赚近万元。春天来了,我的小店迎来了勃勃生机。

  • 母婴店也是孩子们的社交场所,因此我为店里添置了很多玩具车和积木。疫情防控进入新阶段后,我店里的“小小游乐园”经常能吸引附近的小朋友。看着人气越来越旺,最近我还打算组织一场亲子活动——“小小运动会”,让更多的家庭参与进来。
    The mom-and-pop store is also a social place for children, so I have added many toy cars and blocks to the store. After the new stage of epidemic prevention and control, the "Little Playground" in my store often attracts children from the neighborhood. Looking at the growing popularity, I recently planned to organize a parent-child activity - "Little Games", so that more families can participate.

  • 自旅行社成立以来,每天我们要接待约20组前来咨询的游客,其中将近两成的咨询游客最终会选择我们的项目,这个比例算比较高了。现在我们每周接待约50人次游客,目前一共接待了近600人次游客,人均消费达到了每天700多元。对于处在起步阶段的旅行社来说,我已经相当满意了。
