昆明市自今年年初在全市范围内开展“百园建设”工作以来，截至8月25日，已完成建设82个，计划年内将建成110个“城市公园”。

据了解，“城市公园”又称“口袋公园”、“街心花园（游园）”，是面向公众开放，规模较小，形状多样，具有一定游憩功能的公园绿化活动场地，面积一般在400平方米至1万平方米之间，是精而美的小游园和小微绿地。建设“城市公园”，不仅是补齐城市公共绿地不足等短板问题的重要举措，也因其环境优美，而成为纳凉、健身、休闲娱乐的重要场所，对提升市民的幸福感具有重要意义。

据昆明市城市管理局党组成员、副局长保艳琼介绍，为契合绿美云南及昆明公园城市建设要求，积极拓展绿色生态空间，打造良好的城市生态和优美的人居环境，提升居民生活品质。昆明市将秉承布局合理、特色鲜明、功能完善、生态友好的建设理念，充分利用城市拆临拆违、废弃地、闲置地、裸露土地、边角地等，因地制宜，通过改造或见缝建绿等多种形式，每年建设100个便民惠民、一园一主题、一园一特色的“城市公园”，到2023年，全市将打造300个“城市公园”。

保艳琼告诉记者，今年将完成建设的110个“城市公园”，根据主要功能分为休憩交往、运动健身、儿童游戏、文化展示、优化交通、居住品质、商业办公、学校服务等等8种类型，其中休憩交往型和居住品质型公园将建38个和25个。“这些城市公园充分彰显园中建城、城中有园、出门见园的公园城市形态，在为居民提供游憩场地，增强市民的幸福感的同时，对于传承历史文化、留住乡愁记忆将起到了积极的作用。”保艳琼说。
