On March 7 and 8, the Civil Aviation Administration issued several circuit breaker instructions.

根据通报，2月27日入境的南航CZ3070航班（胡志明至广州）确诊新冠肺炎旅客10例。自3月14日起，暂停该航班运行4班。2月28日入境的春秋航9C8570航班（首尔至上海）确诊新冠肺炎旅客7例；鉴于9C8626（首尔至宁波）航班为9C8570（首尔至上海）航班的奖励航班，自3月21日起，暂停春秋航9C8570航班运行2班，取消奖励航班9C8625/6。3月6日入境的国航CA864航班（雅典至北京）确诊新冠肺炎旅客11例；自3月21日起，暂停该航班运行4班。熔断的航班量均不得用于其他航线。

According to the report, 10 passengers with new coronary pneumonia were diagnosed with China Southern Airlines flight CZ3070 (Ho Chi Minh to Guangzhou) on February 27. Since March 14, the operation of the flight has been suspended for 4 times. Spring Airlines flight 9C8570 (Seoul to Shanghai), which entered on February 28, has 7 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia; since flight 9C8626 (Seoul to Ningbo) is an award flight of flight 9C8570 (Seoul to Shanghai), it will be suspended from March 21. Spring Airlines flight 9C8570 operates 2 times, and the award flight 9C8625/6 is cancelled. Air China flight CA864 (Athens to Beijing) entering on March 6 has 11 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia; since March 21, the operation of this flight has been suspended for 4 times. The number of flights that have been blown off shall not be used for other routes.

外航方面，2月24日入境的波兰航空公司LO93航班（华沙至天津）确诊新冠肺炎旅客8例；自4月4日起，继续暂停该航班运行2班。2月25日入境的科威特航空公司KU419航班（科威特至广州）确诊新冠肺炎旅客10例；自3月14日起，暂停该航班运行4班。3月1日入境的韩亚航空OZ303（首尔至长春）确诊新冠肺炎旅客12例；自3月28日起，继续暂停该航班运行4班。熔断的航班量均不得用于其他航线。

In terms of foreign airlines, LOT Polish Airlines flight LO93 (Warsaw to Tianjin) that entered on February 24 confirmed 8 cases of new coronary pneumonia passengers; since April 4, the flight will continue to be suspended for 2 flights. On February 25, Kuwait Airlines flight KU419 (Kuwait to Guangzhou) confirmed 10 cases of new coronary pneumonia passengers; since March 14, the flight has been suspended for 4 flights. Asiana Airlines OZ303 (Seoul to Changchun) who entered the country on March 1 has 12 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia passengers; since March 28, the flight has continued to be suspended for 4 flights. The number of flights that have been blown off shall not be used for other routes.

民航局要求各航空公司在当地使领馆指导下，做好后续航班旅客安抚和机票退改等服务工作。

The Civil Aviation Administration of China requires all airlines to do a good job in reassuring passengers on subsequent flights and refunding and changing air tickets under the guidance of local embassies and consulates.
