2025年10月24日至26日，第十一届疗愈艺术节在苏州阳澄湖畔的“音昱水中天”成功举办。本届艺术节以“万象同频，未来绿洲”为主题，围绕艺术、疗愈与可持续三大核心内容，打造了一场融合音乐、工作坊与自然体验的沉浸式疗愈盛会。
From October 24 to 26, 2025, the 11th Healing Art Festival was successfully held at "Yinyu Water Sky" on the shore of Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou. With the theme of "All Beings in Resonance, Future Oasis", this year's art festival has created an immersive healing event that integrates music, workshops and natural experiences, centering on the three core pillars of art, healing and sustainability.
艺术节首次与“蒙特勒（中国）爵士音乐节”深度合作，并策划了近300场主题工作坊，汇聚了120余家关注健康与可持续发展的绿色品牌，包括大华银行、nemeno、MSC咨询、嘉会医疗等。参与者通过艺术表演、互动装置及多元疗愈课程，共同探索身心与自然的和谐共生。
For the first time, the festival has entered into a deep collaboration with the "Montreux (China) Jazz Festival" and curated nearly 300 themed workshops. It has also brought together over 120 green brands focused on health and sustainable development, including UOB, nemeno, MSC Consulting, Jiawill Medical, etc. Through artistic performances, interactive installations and diverse healing courses, participants explore the harmonious coexistence of mind, body and nature.
携手蒙特勒音乐节，共创疗愈新体验

艺术节突破传统形式，将绘画、音乐、舞蹈、戏剧等融入疗愈实践，激发参与者的自我表达与感知力。与蒙特勒爵士音乐节的合作以“万象同频·声昱自然”为主题，带来三场高品质音乐演出，融合葡萄牙法朵爵士、格莱美爵士大师Jeff Lorber Band以及草原灵音Nara Bara乐队的表演，让声音成为连接情感与能量的疗愈媒介。
The festival transcends traditional forms, integrating painting, music, dance and drama into the healing practice to inspire participants' self-expression and perceptual awarenness. The cooperation with Montreux Jazz Festival, themed of "All Beings in Resonance, Sounds Echoing Nature", features three high-quality music performances. It blends Portuguese Fado Jazz, the Grammy-winning Jeff Lorber Band, and the grassland spirit music of Nara Bara Band, turning sound into a healing medium that connects emotions and energy.

The Montreux Music Festival embraces the concept of "the city as a stage" and merges it into the natural and mindful realm by Yinyu's waters, thus facilitating an in-depth dialogue between Eastern and Western art and health concepts.
300场主题工作坊，打造开放式疗愈空间
300 themed workshops are held to build an open healing space
艺术节期间，近300场主题工作坊为参与者提供了丰富的疗愈体验，内容涵盖Nada心流冥想、印度曼陀罗唱诵、量子哲学对话、睡眠减压、果核排铃制作、阿育吠陀、萨满草药疗愈及意大利重生呼吸法等。其中，与梵登音疗合作的11小时铜锣疗愈，在阳澄湖畔带来深度能量净化。
During the festival, nearly 300 thematic workshops offer participants abundant healing experiences, covering Nada flow meditation, Indian mandala chanting, quantum philosophical dialogue, sleep decompression, kernel bell making, Ayurveda, shaman herbal healing, and Italian rebirth breathing. Among them, the 11-hour gong healing, in cooperation with Van Den Yin Therapy, brings deep energy purification by Yangcheng Lake.
艺术节还携手以“科学定制健康生活”为理念的nemeno品牌，致力于通过膳食营养补充内服，帮助现代人平衡身心状态，其呈现的“科学营养内服体验区”，为本届活动注入科学健康的疗愈能量。更有来自新加坡的生活方式品牌suns，带来治愈香薰、雅致瓷器等疗愈身心的好物，来自比利时的时尚降噪耳塞Loop，为疗愈、冥想等专注时刻提供静奢关爱。
The festival also collaborates with the nemeno brand, which advocates "scientifically customized healthy living". It strives to help modern people achieve physical and mental balance through dietary nutritional supplements. The "scientific nutrition oral experience zone" it presents injects scientific and healthy healing energy into this event. Additionally, suns, a lifestyle brand from Singapore, brings healing aromatherapy, elegant porcelain and other items that nourish both body and mind. Loop, a trendy noise-canceling earplug brand from Belgium, offers quiet and luxurious care for focused moments like healing and meditation.
绿色市集推动可持续生活
The Green Bazaar Promotes Sustainable Living
艺术节联合MSC咨询推出“未来共生”可持续主题板块，通过市集、展览、工作坊与闲置循环等活动，将环保理念转化为具体实践。绿色市集汇集120家品牌，涵盖疗愈好物、原创设计、非遗手作等，展现可持续生活的多元可能。
The festival, in collaboration with MSC Consulting, has launched the "Future Symbiosis" sustainable theme segment. It turns environmental protection concepts into tangible practices through bazaars, exhibitions, workshops, and idle recycling activities. The Green Market gathers 120 brands, encompassing healing items, original designs, intangible cultural heritage crafts, and more, to demonstrate the diverse possibilities of sustainable living.
