依必安派特西安工厂正式投产 中国"立足本土，服务本土"战略的重要里程碑

Eibianpat Xi'an Factory officially commences production - an important milestone for China's "localization and service-oriented" strategy

依必安派特自2019年起在西安开展运营，并持续推进工厂建设。工厂占地约6万平方米，现有员工约1,000人。最新一期扩建投资约3,000万欧元，将新增约500个就业岗位。此次正式投产，标志着集团"立足本土，服务本土"战略的又一重要里程碑。

Ibida-Pet has been operating in Xi'an since 2019 and has been continuously advancing the construction of its factory. The factory covers an area of approximately 60,000 square meters and currently has about 1,000 employees. The latest expansion investment is approximately 30 million euros, which will create about 500 new job positions. The official commissioning of this facility marks another significant milestone in the group's strategy of "Based on the local context, providing services for the local community".

Dr. Klaus Geissdoerfer, the CEO of Ybipanpet Group, stated: "Since 2017, we have implemented the 'Localize, Serve Local' strategy, achieving localization and independent operation in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. The Chinese market has always been of great significance to Ybipanpet. Our localization rate in China has reached approximately 90%. 'Localize, Serve Local' brings us three major advantages: closer proximity to customers, independent supply chain, and reduced carbon emissions."

西安工厂集生产、物流、研发、质量及采购等综合职能于一体，实现高效运营并紧密契合区域市场需求。工厂面向数据中心、洁净室等关键业务领域，为本地客户提供节能、高效的风机解决方案。

The Xi'an factory integrates comprehensive functions such as production, logistics, research and development, quality control and procurement, achieving efficient operation and closely aligning with regional market demands. The factory targets key business areas such as data centers and clean rooms, providing local customers with energy-saving and efficient fan solutions.

Thomas Nuernberger, the Chief Sales Officer of IBA Group and the President and CEO of Air Technology for Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, emphasized: "The close collaboration between the R&D departments in Shanghai and Xi'an enables us to meet the needs of Chinese customers in a more flexible and efficient manner. The Xi'an factory has particularly enhanced the company's innovation capabilities, equipped with a comprehensive R&D laboratory, focusing on the reliability, durability and multi-scenario adaptability of products. Here, we are promoting the research and development of energy-saving EC fans, digital ventilation solutions, as well as the advancement and implementation of transformation concepts. At the same time, the cooperation with local universities has laid a solid foundation for the exploration of cutting-edge technologies and the cultivation of young talents."

新工厂树立了现代化、可持续工业建设的新标杆。 采用节能玻璃、LED照明、地源热泵和大规模光伏系统，有效降低二氧化碳排放；可循环利用的包装材料以及全电动班车服务进一步完善了工厂的可持续运营理念。凭借这些努力，依必安派特西安工厂于2025年1月获得中国工业和信息化部颁发的"国家级绿色工厂"认证。

The new factory has set a new benchmark for modern and sustainable industrial construction. By adopting energy-saving glass, LED lighting, ground source heat pumps and large-scale photovoltaic systems, it effectively reduces carbon dioxide emissions; recyclable packaging materials and all-electric shuttle services further enhance the factory's sustainable operation concept. Through these efforts, Yibianpai Xi'an Factory was awarded the "National Green Factory" certification by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China in January 2025.

在投产仪式上，依必安派特迎来了政界、商界及西安市政府领导，对工厂建设给予高度评价，认为这是推动地方经济发展的重要项目。依必安派特股东 Jan Philippiak 及集团高层管理团队出席活动。股东表示："自1996年以来，依必安派特持续扩大在中国的布局。西安工厂的正式投产标志着公司业务迈出关键一步，也为可持续发展与更多技术创新奠定了坚实基础。这项投资进一步彰显了我们对中国市场的坚定承诺——中国是依必安派特的重要战略区域。"

At the commissioning ceremony, Yibianpai welcomed representatives from the political and business sectors as well as leaders of the Xi'an municipal government. They highly praised the factory construction and regarded it as an important project for promoting local economic development. Yibianpai's shareholder Jan Philippiak and the senior management team of the group attended the event. The shareholder stated: "Since 1996, Yibianpai has continuously expanded its presence in China. The official commissioning of the Xi'an factory marks a crucial step in the company's business and lays a solid foundation for sustainable development and more technological innovations. This investment further demonstrates our firm commitment to the Chinese market - China is an important strategic region for Yibianpai."

依必安派特自1996年进入中国市场以来，现已在上海、西安、青岛、北京、深圳及香港等地拥有约1,700名员工。2024/2025财年，公司在中国市场实现销售额约28亿元人民币。关键业务涵盖为洁净室、可再生能源及数据中心等领域提供风机解决方案。

Since entering the Chinese market in 1996, Yibianpai has now employed approximately 1,700 people in locations such as Shanghai, Xi'an, Qingdao, Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In the fiscal year 2024/2025, the company achieved sales of approximately 2.8 billion RMB in the Chinese market. Its key business areas include providing fan solutions for clean rooms, renewable energy and data centers, among others.
