福建民航成功举办2025年地面精品服务创新竞赛活动
Fujian Civil Aviation Successfully Holds 2025 Ground Premium Service Innovation Competition
《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者胡夕姮 通讯员马东坡 报道：为了积极推广工匠精神和现代民航精神，近日，民航福建监管局与福建省总工会联合举办福建民航地面精品服务创新竞赛。本次竞赛以“创新驱动发展，服务成就精彩”为主题，由福州机场承办，厦航福州分公司及省内其他六家运输机场参与了竞赛。活动为省内民航运输服务保障单位提供了一个分享经验、促进创新的平台，促进了“以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛促建”的机制和比学赶超的学习氛围。
China Civil Aviation News, China Civil Aviation Network – Reported by Hu Xihuan, Correspondent: Ma Dongpo In order to actively promote the spirit of craftsmanship and modern civil aviation spirit, the Fujian Regional Administration of Civil Aviation recently co-hosted the Fujian Civil Aviation Ground Premium Service Innovation Competition with the Fujian Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. With the theme “Innovation Drives Development, Service Creates Excellence,” the competition was organized by Fuzhou Airport, with participation from Xiamen Airlines Fuzhou Branch and six other transport airports across the province. The event provided a platform for civil aviation transport service support units within the province to share experiences and foster innovation, helping to establish a mechanism of “learning through competition, practicing through competition, and building through competition,” and creating a learning atmosphere of benchmarking, mutual learning, catching up, and surpassing.
竞赛采取“理论筑基（理论考试）—实践赋能（风采展示）”的双环节考核模式。理论考试环节，充分检验参赛选手们安全及应急处置知识的扎实程度、服务质量和创新理论的功底；风采展示环节，通过背景视频、情景演绎、茶艺展示、主题舞蹈等多元方式，全方位、多角度展现福建民航地面精品服务的创新成果与实践亮点。整个竞赛从优化旅客出行流程到特殊旅客关怀方案，从智慧服务技术应用到地域文化融入服务，一系列切实有效的创新措施，体现了福建民航人“专业、精艺、实用”的工匠追求。
The competition adopted a dual-stage assessment model: “Building Foundations in Theory (theoretical exam) – Empowering Practice (showcase of excellence).” In the theoretical exam stage, participants’ solid grasp of safety and emergency response knowledge, service quality standards, and innovative theory was thoroughly tested. In the showcase stage, a wide range of creative formats—including background videos, scenario performances, tea art demonstrations, and thematic dances—were used to present, from multiple perspectives, the innovative achievements and practical highlights of Fujian civil aviation’s ground premium services. Covering everything from optimizing passenger travel processes to special-needs passenger care initiatives, and from smart service technology applications to integrating local culture into service delivery, the competition highlighted a series of practical and effective innovations. These reflect the craftsman pursuit of Fujian civil aviation professionals: professionalism, refined skill, and practicality.
福建监管局的分管领导对此次竞赛活动给予了高度评价，并对后续工作提出了三项要求：首先，要强化标准引领，结合民航旅客服务质量管理体系建设的要求，进一步细化贵宾服务流程，构建“全流程规范+个性化适配”的精品服务；其次，要注重创新驱动，勇于打破传统服务模式，以“智慧化+人性化”满足旅客需求，用创新思维解决贵宾服务中的问题；最后，要加强队伍建设，开展精准化培训，弘扬服务初心文化，将用心服务内化为职业追求，真正打造一支“懂业务、有温度、能担当”的贵宾服务队伍。
A senior leader from the Fujian Regional Administration of Civil Aviation gave high praise to the competition and put forward three requirements for follow-up work: First, strengthen standard leadership – in line with the requirements of the civil aviation passenger service quality management system, further refine VIP service procedures and build a premium service model featuring “full-process standardization + personalized adaptation.” Second, focus on innovation-driven development – be bold in breaking away from traditional service models, meet passenger needs through a combination of “smart technology + human touch,” and use innovative thinking to solve problems in VIP service. Third, enhance team building – carry out targeted training, promote a culture of service with sincerity, internalize attentive service as a professional pursuit, and truly forge a VIP service team that is “business-savvy, warm-hearted, and capable of taking responsibility.”
展望未来，福建监管局将继续搭建交流互鉴的平台，不断推动辖区民航服务创新，确保每一位乘机旅客都能真切体验到“安全、便捷、舒适、温馨”的出行感受，为奋力谱写交通强国建设民航新篇章贡献福建力量。（编辑：李季威 校对：张彤 审核：韩磊）
Looking ahead, the Fujian Regional Administration of Civil Aviation will continue to build platforms for exchange and mutual learning, constantly drive innovation in civil aviation services within its jurisdiction, and ensure that every passenger can genuinely experience a journey that is “safe, convenient, comfortable, and warm.” In doing so, it will contribute Fujian’s strength to the endeavor of writing a new chapter in building China’s strength in transportation through civil aviation.
