针对假期客流特点,新疆铁路部门最大限度挖掘运输潜力,按照“高峰图”模式进行运输组织,通过重点方向动车组、动力集中动车组重联、增开,恢复图定列车编组、加挂车辆等措施扩大运输能力,假日期间共增开列车335列,动车重联运行219列,普速列车加挂130辆次,增加客座席位41.3%以上。依据“五一”假期头尾长途多、中间短途多的客流特点,新疆铁路部门加大售票组织监控分析力度,统筹优化售票组织,全力保障旅客购票出行。

为应对假期旅客出行高峰,各车站优化进出站流线,开启全部进出站通道,并在进站口、候车厅及站台等人流密集处安排人员值守,引导旅客分散候车、有序检票乘车,提升乘降组织效率。乌鲁木齐站开通35条安检通道,32条自动核验闸机和人工核验口,保证旅客快速进站。同时,车站增设“旅客专员”服务台,方便旅客办理退票改签业务。各车务站段成立应急保障队伍,奎屯车务段协调站区单位、休班安检、客运人员136人参与大客流组织;阿克苏站所属社区、图木舒克市团委组织志愿者参与当地车站安检查危、旅客引导组织工作。
