新疆阿克苏地区：新棉开秤在即 加工企业准备就绪

当前，棉花裂铃吐絮，开秤收购在即。连日来，新疆阿克苏地区各地棉企及棉花加工企业忙着检修设备及筹集资金，为新棉收购“保驾护航”。

At present, cotton bolls are cracked and opened, and the purchase of newly harvested cotton is imminent. In recent days, cotton-spinning enterprises and cotton processing enterprises in Akesu Prefecture of Xinjiang Province have been busy overhauling equipment and raising funds to "escort" the acquisition of new cotton.

近日，在阿瓦提新雅棉业有限公司的轧花厂生产车间，到处是一片繁忙景象，工人正忙着对轧花机进行调试，生产线的设备检修工作都已进入收尾阶段。

Recently, in the production workshop of the cotton ginnery factory of Awati Xinya Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., everyone is busy with work. Workers are debugging the cotton ginning machine, and the equipment overhaul of the production line has entered the final stage.

据了解，阿瓦提县今年棉花种植面积达到146万亩，目前，棉花即将进入采收期，该县24家棉企对42条生产线的设备检修已基本结束。在设备检修顺利进行的同时，该县积极筹集收购资金，确保如期开秤收购新棉。

It is known that the cotton planting area in Awati County has reached 1.46 million mu this year. At present, cotton is about to be harvested, and the equipment overhaul of 42 production lines in 24 cotton enterprises in the county has basically finished. At the same time, the county is actively raising acquisition funds to ensure to purchase new cotton as scheduled.

据阿瓦提县发展和改革委员会粮食和物资储备科科长阿布力克木·阿比提介绍，目前，该县已筹集收购资金30亿元，确保收购资金充足。同时，该县在棉花收购期间，将加强监管，确保棉农一手交棉一手拿钱。

According to Ablikmu Abiti, head of the Food and Material Reserve Section of the Development and Reform Commission at Awati County, 3 billion yuan of funds has been raised at present to ensure sufficient acquisition. At the same time, during cotton acquisition period, the county will strengthen supervision to ensure that cotton farmers hand in cotton and take money at the same time.

除阿瓦提县外，其他各县（市）也早计划、早动手、早部署，在抓好疫情防控和安全生产的前提下，一手抓设备检修调试，一手抓资金筹集。各棉企将严格优质优价收购原则，顺利完成新棉收购任务。

作为棉花的种植大区，为持续巩固提升棉花产业优势地位，今年阿克苏地区棉花种植面积达740多万亩。得益于科学田管、“一主一辅”用种模式的推广以及大力推广高效节水滴灌、干播湿出和全程机械化采摘技术，棉花呈现出产量高、品质优的发展态势，今年将再迎丰收。

据悉，新棉收购在9月底开始后，阿克苏地区各地有180余家棉企开秤收购新棉。收购期间，各地将狠抓各项监管措施落实，确保棉花收购加工市场规范有序。

It is reported that since the end of September, more than 180 cotton enterprises in Akesu Prefecture began to acquire new cotton.
