  • 为巩固拓展党史学习教育成果,大力弘扬当代民航精神,积极践行新时期医务人员崇高职业精神,自2022年初以来,民航西安医院组织开展了“假如我是患者”“五个一”活动,紧扣“学、查、改、实、促”五字要领,教育引导广大医务人员换位思考,用心用情了解患者、体谅患者、服务患者,转变思想观念和工作作风,提升服务质量,更好地提高患者满意度和认可度。

  • 本次活动分层次、分批次抽调临床一线医、护、技职工代表,在院内和西安市内其他医院开展实地就诊体验活动,以患者的身份和视角,从入院、预检分诊开始,到挂号取号、医生诊疗、缴费、检查,再到取药、离院的全部流程体验,摆脱“我”的视角去看待和思考各类问题,并就体验感受与医院其他医务人员进行分享,对如何优化医院就医流程、提升患者就医体验提出个人见解。

  • 在组织开展专题学习研讨和就诊体验的基础上,医院组织各行政职能科室和临床一线,立足职能职责、业务领域及服务对象,深刻查摆本科室当前医疗技术、工作流程、服务态度、内部管理以及制度建设等方面存在的突出问题,并就如何为患者提供更为优质的服务集思广益、建言献策。

  • 结合民航西北管理局“六比六提升”工作内容,聚焦“比技能、树标兵、强素质、塑形象”这一主题,医院在全院举行业务技能比赛。根据临床、医技以及护理等专业特点,划分为医生组、护理组和心肺复苏、穿脱防护服两个分项,先后有23名医务人员参加比赛。
