榆林中科洁净能源创新研究院旨在吸引中科院和国内先进技术,联合开展技术集成创新与转化应用研究,解决能源安全和能源产业发展的关键技术问题,为榆林打造世界一流高端能源化工产业和创建能源革命创新示范区提供科技支撑,助力榆林低碳化发展。

2019年12月,中科院与陕西省政府签署《共创榆林国家级能源革命创新示范区战略合作协议》,合作推进榆林“一区三基地”建设,即积极创建榆林国家级能源革命创新示范区,建设以多能融合大型集成示范为核心的产业化示范基地,以榆林中科洁净能源创新研究院为平台的科研创新与转化基地,以加强学科建设、注重工程技术人才培养为目标的科教融合基地。

近年来,中科院以榆林高碳城市低碳化发展为目标,聚焦突破碳中和关键核心技术,为构建清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系开展先行先试。目前,中科院依托“洁净能源关键技术与示范”战略性先导科技专项,已在榆林成功完成煤制烯烃(DMTO)、煤制乙醇(DMTE)、合成气制烯烃(OX-ZEO)等一批重大项目转化及工程示范。

为进一步落实“促进煤化工产业高端化、多元化、低碳化”的发展要求,中科院着力解决能源安全和能源产业发展的关键技术问题,统筹考虑构建“清洁低碳、安全高效”新能源体系和高能耗工业流程低碳化变革需求,提出适合中国国情的多能融合技术“四主线、四平台”体系。

“四主线”包括非化石能源多能互补与规模应用(能源结构)、化石能源清洁高效利用与耦合替代(能源安全)、工业低碳零碳流程再造(工业变革)、数字化智能化集成优化(系统优化);四平台即合成气/甲醇平台、储能平台、氢能平台、二氧化碳平台,以期实现化石能源和可再生能源融合发展,构建多能融合的新型能源体系,加快推进能源革命。

据中科院大连化学物理研究所介绍,榆林中科洁净能源创新研究院园区于2020年3月启动施工,在两年时间内完成150亩园区建设,实验和办公面积达8.6万平方米;仪器设备总资产超亿元人民币,开放共享百余台大型精密仪器。

目前,榆林中科洁净能源创新研究院已布局工业过程数字孪生研究等6项核心技术,并获批陕西省能源清洁利用技术重点实验室、中科秦创原上郡能源实验室(榆林市重点实验室)。未来,该创新研究院还将深入发挥平台开放优势,结合榆林区域资源优势,不断汇集中科院能源领域优势力量,通过典型区域的探索为中国能源革命示范及“双碳”目标的实现积累技术和经验。
