一是确保教育投入稳定增长。坚持把教育作为国家战略性投入予以优先保障和重点投入,2024年全国一般公共预算安排教育支出42076亿元,其中中央本级教育支出1661亿元、同比增长5.7%,带动地方不断加大投入力度。
